Come to a Meeting

We love to get together with entrepreneurs and talk about startup problems! That is why we started TurkishSpark. We would love to help you too, with your startup challenges.

We welcome any and all entrepreneurs to our meetings. There are only 3 things we ask from entrepreneurs who wish to join our meetings:

1) To come to the meeting ready to present their startup company (or early stage project)
2) To come to the meeting ready to discuss 3 major issues or challenges they are facing in regards to the startup/project
3) To pay $50 (per  attendee) which will be donated to TABC (Turkish American Business Connection) and get them a 1 yr TABC membership. You can pay the $50 fee here: http://www.tabc-us.org/registration.asp

We hold our meetings about once a month. The format for our meetings is quite casual. We usually pick a location in San Francisco where we meet with up to 4 teams of startups or we use a virtual meeting environment like Cisco’s Telepresence or Skype to hold meetings with entrepreneurs from outside of San Francisco.

Our current tentative schedule:

February 10, 2012 8:00 AM PST – Vidtel Telepresence with Istanbul teams
March 23, 2012 5:30 PM PST - San Francisco, Exact location TBD
April 27, 2012 8:00 AM PST – Vidtel Telepresence with Istanbul teams
